About me

I’m a certified systemic consultant, working with individuals, teams, and organizations to navigate change and develop more effective ways of working together.

I’ve always been curious about people – how we communicate, how we work together, and how we navigate change. That curiosity is what led me to systemic consulting, and it continues to guide my work today.

My background is rooted in project and event management - over 20 years of supporting complex, international projects taught me how teams function under pressure, and how essential communication and trust are for collaboration.
